Join us in learning and practicing the Wim Hof Method with a Certified Level 2 Wim Hof Method Instructor who is good friends with Wim.  This advanced workshop is a very rare and unique opportunity.  Tim is the only WHM instructor in the State of Michigan and very seldomly offers advanced workshops.  At this event, participants will learn how to go deep into their mind and fill their bodies with heat through manipulating the breath.  We will cover multiple types of advanced breathwork and have opportunities for a variety of cold exposure exercises (there will also be a guided fundamentals breathing session to start).
