Description: This breath work class will provide you with a background of the scientific peer-reviewed, scholarly journals that support the efficacy of the WHM Breathing Exercise. Not only will we discuss the science supporting the breath work, but we will dive deeply into breath work protocols and practice the breath work as a group. This class is limited to 25 participants, which allows for intimate and personalized instruction from a certified instructor.
