Learn the latest science behind breathwork and cold immersion, practice advanced breathwork techniques and take on a variety of cold immersion exercises all while having a blast!  There will be a pot luck style dinner after the workshop with protein provided by Shady Grove Farm U.P.!  Please consider bringing a dish to pass.  

Wear comfortable workout clothes and extra warm clothes (ex. pair of warm socks, wool sweater, hat and gloves).  Bring swimwear, towel, yoga mat, water bottle, notebook and an open mind.   Bath robes can be nice to bring for extra comfort while outside during cold immersion practices.

There is a sauna on site which will be available after cold immersion exercises.  

After the workshop, Randy Buchler of Shady Grove Farm U.P. will be offering tours of the farm for anyone interested!  It's an amazing farm and I highly recommend taking a tour, especially if you're interested in self-sufficiency and permaculture.  The farm is GRATE!
