About the event
Join us in learning and practicing the Wim Hof Method with a Certified Wim Hof Method Instructor. You will learn the science of the Wim Hof Method and you will leave knowing how to use breathwork and cold exposure to boost your immune system, energy levels and mood, plus many other benefits.
The day consists of learning the latest science, group discussions, laughing, guided breathwork, light exercise, organic snacks, warm beverages, and a tub full of ice! You will get personal ice bath coaching guaranteed to help you tolerate the cold better. You may even leave excited to do some winter swimming!
Workshops are limited to 25 participants, which allows for an intimate quality with personalized instruction. The program starts with an introduction to the method followed by breathing protocols and breath work. After a short break, we reconvene and start our cold exposure training ending in an ice bath…
