Join us in learning and practicing the Wim Hof Method with a Certified Wim Hof Method Instructor. You will learn the science of the Wim Hof Method and you will leave knowing how to use breathwork and cold-water immersion to boost your immune system, energy levels and mood, speed up recovery and improve your mental and physical health.  

The day consists of learning the latest science, group discussions, laughing, guided breathwork, light exercise, organic snacks, warm beverages, and a tub full of ice! You will get personal ice bath coaching guaranteed to help you tolerate the cold better. You may even leave excited to do some winter swimming!
